IFC Dong Duong Cargo Management Systems is IFC’Department of Ocean Consolidation. It offers purchase order visibility and distribution services from the inception of the purchase order throughout the entire life of the shipment. It is a customer-specific program since neither importers nor their consolidation programs are exactly the same. It accomplishes this through a combination of flexible information systems, standardized origin operations and delicated customer service. It origin services availability has grown to over 50 origin countries in the Far East, America, Europe, Australia, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Commercial Document Collection:
The delivery and receipt of commercial documents is closely monitored, providing you with measurement reports on each vendor’s compliance with on-time document delivery.

IFC collects the necessary commercial documentation, verifies the information and distributes them to the appropriate parties as designated by you. Preparation and distribution of the Bill of Lading, Forwarders Cargo Receipt and other documents are performed by our personnel at origin.

Consolidation and Customs Loading:
Using our specifications, CFS/CFS shipments are received, consolidated and loaded by PO, by style, even by destination at our facility. Information is entered into the system and affords you the ability to print a container manifest from your computer with a 3 D diagram of the container with vanning positions noted so that you can find the merchandise you need upon arrival.

Warehouse Operations:
Our origin facilities are full service and provide security and fire protection. Original services include but are not limited to the following :

	Receiving Report
	Shipment Status Report

	Quality Control and Value Added Services
	Ocean Carrier Booking and delivery
	Storage and Drayage.
